Are you passionate about shooting sports or looking to try something new? The Georgia High School Rodeo Association (GHSRA) is excited to offer Light Rifle Shooting as part of our diverse lineup of activities—and you don't have to be involved in rodeo events to participate!

What is Light Rifle Shooting?

Light Rifle Shooting is a precision sport that emphasizes focus, control, and marksmanship. Participants will have the opportunity to test their skills in a controlled environment, guided by experienced instructors. Whether you’re a seasoned shooter or a beginner looking to learn, this is the perfect chance to hone your abilities.

Who Can Participate?

Our Light Rifle Shooting program is open to all junior high and high school students in Georgia. You don’t need to have been or currently participating in the rodeo events to join. This activity is designed to be inclusive, welcoming anyone with an interest in shooting sports.
